# Lissora Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lissora. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the policy below.

## 1) Return window

You must request a return or exchange **within 30 days** from the date your order is delivered.  
After 30 days, we are generally **unable to accept** returns, except where required by applicable law.

## 2) Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet **all** of the following conditions:

- Unused, uninstalled, and in **like-new condition** (for hygiene reasons, used devices are not eligible)  
- All accessories are included (e.g., cables, manuals, accessories, unused consumables), and the **original packaging** is intact  
- You can provide an **order number or proof of purchase**

**Important:**  
Before returning any item, you **must contact us** to obtain:

1. A **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)**, and  
2. The correct **return address**

Unauthorized returns that are shipped back without an RMA may be refused.

## 3) Non-returnable items

For hygiene, safety, and value-protection reasons, the following items are **non-returnable** except where required by law:

- Gift cards and digital products  
- Opened consumables (e.g., detergents, cartridges, refills, or similar items)  
- Customized or personalized products (e.g., engraved items)  
- Items marked as **final sale** or **clearance**  
- Free gifts, promotional items, or replacement parts sent at no charge  
- Any Lissora device that has been **used**, shows signs of **damage, dirt, or odors**

## 4) Exchanges

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or missing components, we will offer a replacement **subject to stock availability**.

Please contact us within **7 days** of delivery and include:

- Your **order number**, and  
- **Photos or videos** clearly showing the issue

## 5) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

- We will notify you by email whether your return is **approved or declined**.  
- If approved, we will process a refund to your **original method of payment** within **3–7 business days** (processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).

A **partial refund** may be issued in cases such as:

- Visible signs of use, hygiene issues, or damage  
- Missing accessories or incomplete packaging  
- Items returned **after** the standard return window, where we still accept them at our discretion

### If your refund is delayed or missing

If you have not received your refund:

1. First check your bank or card account again.  
2. Then contact your bank or card issuer, as it may take additional time for your refund to be officially posted.

## 6) Return shipping costs & fees

- Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect item shipped), **return shipping costs are your responsibility** and are **non-refundable**.  
- We strongly recommend using a **trackable shipping service**. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  
- If an exchange is approved, we may cover the **reshipment cost** in certain cases, depending on your region and the nature of the issue.

## 7) Damaged or missing items upon delivery

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

- Please contact us within **48 hours** of delivery.  
- Include clear **photos** of:
  - The outer box  
  - The shipping label  
  - The product and any damage

## 8) Wrong item received

If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will **replace it at no cost** to you.

You may **cancel your order** within **1 hour** of placing it, provided that order processing and fulfillment have not started yet.  
After that time, or once the order has entered fulfillment, you will need to wait for delivery and use the **standard return process**.

Return addresses may vary depending on the product and warehouse.  
**Do not ship any items back** until you have:

- Received your **RMA number** and **return instructions** by email
