# Lissora Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Lissora. This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, delivery estimates, tracking methods, and how we handle issues that may arise with your shipment.

## 1) Order processing time

- Standard processing time: **1–2 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)  
- During new product launches, sale events, or holiday periods, processing may take **3–5 business days**.  
- After checkout, you will receive:
  - An **order confirmation email**, and  
  - A **shipping confirmation email** with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.  

> Note: Processing time is **in addition to** carrier transit time.

## 2) Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Available shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout and depend on your destination, total weight, and selected service level.  
Estimated transit times (business days) **after shipment**:

- **United States (domestic):** 2–5 days (remote areas may take an additional 1–3 days)  
- **Canada:** 3–7 days (expedited options may be faster where available)  
- **United Kingdom / European Union:** 4–9 days  
- **Australia / New Zealand:** 5–10 days  
- **Other regions:** 7–14 days  

> These are carrier estimates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, peak seasons, or service disruptions.

## 3) Shipping costs

- Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on **destination, weight, and service level**.  
- If a free-shipping promotion or threshold is available, it will be applied automatically when the conditions are met.

## 4) Tracking

- When your order ships, we will send a **shipping confirmation email** with a tracking link.  
- Tracking information may take **24–48 hours** to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.  
- If there is no tracking update for **3 business days**, please contact us at **Lissora.us@gmail.com**.

## 5) Address accuracy & changes

- Please carefully review your **shipping address** at checkout before placing your order.  
- To request changes or cancellation, contact us within **1 hour** of placing the order. Once processing has started, we may **not** be able to modify or cancel the order.  
- If a package is returned to us due to **incorrect/incomplete address** or **undeliverable** status, a **reshipment fee** may apply.

## 6) Delivery issues (delays, loss, theft)

- **Delays:** Carriers may occasionally experience delays. We will help coordinate with the carrier where possible, but delays outside our control are **not automatically eligible for refunds**.  
- **Marked “delivered” but not received:**  
  - First check with household members, neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office.  
  - If the package is still not found after **48 hours**, please contact us.  
- **Lost in transit:**  
  - For domestic shipments, if tracking has not updated for **7 business days**, contact us by email.  
  - For international shipments, please contact us if tracking has not updated for **14 business days**.  
  - We will open an investigation with the carrier and may, depending on the outcome and availability, arrange a **replacement or refund**.  
- **Suspected theft:**  
  - We may ask you to file a **theft report** with local authorities and/or the carrier before resolving the issue.

> Delivery issues must be reported within **14 days** from the delivery date (or from the expected delivery date in the case of loss).

## 7) International shipping, customs, and taxes

- For international orders, **customs duties, VAT, and import taxes** may be charged by your local customs authority.  
- These fees are **not collected by Lissora** and are the **responsibility of the customer**.  
- Customs inspections may cause additional delays. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or undervalue them for customs purposes.

## 8) Split shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship your order in **multiple packages** at no extra cost.  
You will receive separate tracking information for each package where applicable.

## 9) Pre-order & backordered items

- For pre-order or backordered products, the **estimated ship date** will be shown on the product page and/or at checkout.  
- When an order includes both in-stock and pre-order/backordered items, we may ship them **together once all items are available**.  
  - If you would like separate shipments, please contact us. Additional shipping fees may apply.

## 10) Refused or unclaimed deliveries

If a package is **refused**, **returned due to repeated delivery attempts**, **address issues**, or **unpaid customs/fees**, and is sent back to us:

- Once we receive the product in **resellable condition**, we may issue a refund **minus**:
  - Original shipping costs, and  
  - Any carrier **return fees** charged to us.  

Policies may vary depending on the condition of the returned item and applicable laws.

## 11) PO Boxes & military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

- Some carriers **cannot deliver** to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). If the shipping method you selected does not support your address, we will contact you to switch to a compatible service (which may change the shipping cost).  
- Deliveries to APO/FPO/DPO addresses often require **additional transit time** due to military mail handling.

## 12) Holidays & force majeure

Severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, high seasonal volumes, customs holds, or other events outside our control may cause delays.  
If we become aware of widespread delays, we will share updates where reasonably possible.

## 13) Returns due to shipping issues

If a return is requested or required due to shipping-related circumstances, it will be handled in accordance with our **Returns & Refunds Policy**.
